A form of bodywork where you will remain clothed and rest on a comfortable mat as Katey provides deep tissue compression along energetic lines of the body and dynamic assisted stretching in a rhythmic rocking motion to help you release deep and superficial tension, increase flexibility, and feel more energetically balanced.
